Level 2 tech Support (per hour with one hour minimum)
Level 2 support consists of configuring SQL, networking, firewalls and advanced support.
Your IT team may be required to perform some services including server setup and establishing Terminal services, remote desktop connectivity and Virtual Private Networks. We reserve the right to decline to perform services in client environments that may cause security issues.
Purchaser agrees to permit remote access to their PC's and IT system and holds BidMagic corp and our agents harmless in regards to all services rendered. All support sales are final.
